1. What are your store hours?
We are open daily year-round at 10:00 a.m., closing at 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 4:00 p.m. on Sundays CST.

3. How do I get to your retail store in Green Lake, Wisconsin?
From Green Bay take Highway 41S to Highway 44W to Highway 23W - driving time is about 1 hour 20 minutes.
From Madison take Highway 151N to 73W to 23E - driving time is about 1 hour 15 minutes.
From Milwaukee take Interstate 894N to Highway 41N to Highway 23W - driving time is about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Green Lake is located just off of Highway 23 - please take Business 23 into town. We are located at 495 Hill Street in downtown Green Lake across from the courthouse lawn. Our store has a large red awning so it is difficult to miss us - if you find downtown Green Lake, then you have found us!

4. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since March, 2002, and are looking forward to many more years to come!
5. How do I place an order?
To order, please make your selection and click on the Add button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You may continue shopping in the same way or simply proceed to checkout to complete your transaction.
6. Do you take phone orders?
Absolutely - call us at 920-294-3410 and you can place your order over the phone with one of our associates.
7. What if I cannot find what I am looking for?
Please call us at 920-294-3410 or send us an email with your request and phone number and we will help you complete your order.
8. What method of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment via VISA or MASTERCARD for on-line orders.
9. Do you gift wrap?
Most of our products are packaged in a gift box or tin suitable for gift-giving so additional gift wrapping is not necessary.
10. How do I know that you received my order?
We will email an order confirmation to you upon receipt of your order. This will include your order information as well as order status. You will also receive a second email from us as a shipping confirmation when your order has been shipped.
11. How will you ship my purchase?
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and offer shipment via Priority Mail (generally takes 2-3 business days) and Express Mail (1 business day). Local delivery is also available for a fee.
12. How soon will my purchase ship after I place my order?
All in stock merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receipt of order. In the unlikely event of a back order, we will contact you via email (and telephone if necessary) to either adjust your order or to provide an approximate availability and ship date.
13. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from us with your order information as well as shipping confirmation when your order is shipped from our Green Lake store.
14. What other items do you carry in your retail store? Can I purchase them for shipment as well?
We carry literally hundreds of candy varieties in our Green Lake retail store and yes, they are all available for sale and shipping. You will need to contact us at 920-294-3410 for the current selection and availability.
15. Do you carry sugar-free products?
Yes - we carry a nice line of sugar-free chocolates on our website as well as in our retail store. In addition, we carry a sugar-free variety in a lot of our best-selling candies in our Green Lake retail store including Jelly Belly jelly beans, gummi bears, malted milk balls, saltwater taffy, mints, root beer barrels, hard candy and other assorted candies as requested. Sugar-free varieties not featured on our website are available to you for purchase by calling us at 920-294-3410.
16. Do you special order?
Yes - we work with many manufacturers and distributors in the candy industry and chances are the special something you may be seeking is available through our large supplier network. Please contact us at 920-294-3410 and one of our associates will be happy to help you!
17. I am seeking a gift and am not sure what to purchase - can you make a recommendation?
Yes - we highly recommend to purchase as much chocolate as your budget will allow - it is always a hit and makes people very happy!
18. So - what is your favorite candy?
Our current staff is wild about chocolate covered cherries, toffee of any kind, and gummi bears!
